Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical delivery, quality and client management for projects assigned
• Lead and supervise technical teams across multiple projects
• Ensure all technical aspects align with project goals, deadlines, and budgets
• Work closely with directors, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Set design criteria, check design calculation and drawings, agree on design concepts with Division Director
• Assist in preparing fee proposals and supporting the company’s business development efforts
• Prepare and monitor cost and quantity estimates
• Control scope of work in relation to fee
• Prepare design reports at all design stages from concept to construction documentation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all works carried out by the Team
• Ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot issues with technical components
• Handle all correspondence including reports, technical specifications, and other documents relating to assigned projects
• Attend design/site meetings, including all other important meetings with Architects, Clients and Authorities
• Lead, mentor and provide training on new technologies and tools for team members
• Ensure all technical aspects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO quality procedures

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 12-15 years of experience in a technical field, with 6-8 years in a leadership or management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a diverse team of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with expertise in MS SQL, PowerShell, C++, Unix Scripting, REST API development,. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining robust solutions tailored to our business needs.

· Min 5+ Years of experience In field of Software Engineering
Proficiency in MS SQL for database management and development.

· Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.

· Strong knowledge of C++ programming and object-oriented design.

· Expertise in Unix Scripting for server management.

· Familiarity with REST API architecture and development.

• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, operations and safety of facilities management works and service with adequate administrative staff.
• Responsible to carry out systems' heath and obsolescence monitoring, obsolescence management, crisis management, fire safety management, investigation and carry out rooy cause analysis of the incident, not limited to accident, power outage, and systems failure.
