PURPOSE:

The candidate is responsible for 2nd and 3rd level technical support for Managed Print Services offerings, technologies and also Project based activities as the Technical Lead. This is a regional role that is both customer and internal facing across Fujifilm APAC entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• As part of the team, you will be involved in managing tickets from start to finish to support country based technical staff.
• Support business side as an SME including meetings with customer IT teams.
• Manage the technical aspects of product launch which involves installing, testing, learning and understanding the software, understanding its purpose and the preparation of required documents and training material as well deliver required training to meet the business needs.
• Evaluate innovation opportunities of existing service offerings, bringing technological aspects of product integration and value add services.
• Providing technical support on deals from RFP, contracting, implementation through to BAU where needed.
• You will also support UAT and release management of the core software used for service delivery.
• Responsibilities will varies based on business dynamics and expected adoption to changing requirements and demands is necessary.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

Based on your performance, you will undertake a larger responsibility in leading key service initiative and solution 3rd level support that is key to FujiFilm business.

• Be part of the leading team in supporting Guardia 3rd level operation support across countries’ implementation.
• Undertake key feature testing and validation of ALL regional services that falls under the purview of the Technology Management team.
• Provide Technical Service support during BAU for all customer account in the region.
• Provide Technical leadership in key customers projects.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ experience in a technical lead role.
• Good experience and understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure Technology platforms like DNS, DHCP and AD services.
• At least 5 years proven experience in troubleshooting technology incidents and problem management.
• Degree in information technology, engineering or equivalent
• ITIL, TOGAF and Infrastructure/Network Security technologies certification would be an advantage.
• Cloud technology experience, esp Azure and AWS
• Experience with Ysoft SafeQ 6
• Good understanding of PKI technologies and concepts
• Experience in delivering training
• Experience in leading technology transformation projects in a cross functional domain experts’ environment
• Experience with Windows Server environment

PURPOSE:

Lead the technical Specialist team in providing all services support, act as the main contact with 3rd party operational support and administer team resources for BAU support and assigned projects. Job Description:

• Address challenges in existing batch workflows using Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling with enhanced security measures.
• Provide support for Automic AWA and file transfer change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements for batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling.
• Provide detailed RFIs for client application systems.
• Support interface connectivity across client internal systems and client external partners such as Collection Agencies, Government Agencies etc.
• Perform SPS MSSL market trial onboarding when requested by users.
• Support SIT and UAT testing for Automic upgrade projects.
• Guide the ITS SCO and applications team on SFX/Automic transformation, focusing on batch job design, creation, modification, and file transfer event setup.
• Collaborate with the applications team to address BAU batch and file transfer issues in existing batch workflows in Automic.
• Collaborate with the applications team to address file transfer rules in IBM Sterling using enhanced security measures.
• Automate the on-boarding and off-boarding trading partners in SFX.
• Improve the provisioning processes for Automic and SFX project environments.
• Streamline the migration processes from QA to PROD for file routing rules.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in in Automic AWA and IBM Sterling.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting batch workflows using Automic AWA.
• Experience with file transfer rule creation and maintenance in IBM Sterling, including the application of enhanced security measures.
