• Resolve escalated customer support cases by collaborating with regional support engineers, MiR R&D and external partners.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Main Requirements:

· A strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, and structural engineering, particularly in the maritime industry, is essential

· Prior experience in managing and executing vessel repair projects is crucial. This includes a deep understanding of various repair techniques and procedures related to hulls, pipes, hydraulics, and mechanical systems

· Experience in Welding and Machining processes

· Have experience OR understand the procedures for welding jobs for structural works as per the standards, Step by step inspection welding jobs

· Familiarized in BWTS pipe installation on board vessels

Job Purpose:

To lead, educate/train and oversee technical teams, ensuring the successful planning , implementation, and completion of projects.
