Key Qualifications/Requirements:

Responsibilities

- Respond to network appliances connectivity issues and resolve any issues within the confines of the office.

As Technical Consultant, you will be in-charge of pre and post sales, resolve and troubleshoot customers’ technical issue and assist in leads generation activities.

What will you deliver?

• Pre-sales support which involves providing support for sales team during customer engagement, system design configuration, architecture proposals, review tender specifications, on site presentations and classroom/site trainings for customers.
• Develop automation application-related knowledge, execution with demo setups, and assist in customer conversions by demonstrating domain knowledge and commercial sensitivity.
