• Assist project delivery/development manager for planning, developing, tracking, implementing Oracle Siebel CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM application

• Will be involved in assisting in project tracking and controlling of application development phases and activities in compliance to IT Application policies, standards and procedures

• Lead team in functional requirements gathering, application technical design/implementation, interface development, security review and support

• Assist in managing business users, vendor and interface application team to ensure successful delivery of projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional interface teams

• Prepare, review and ensure application features & functionalities adhere to business requirement and quality, including reliability, security and performance

• Prepare and maintain documentation which will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards

• Work with Test managing to formulate comprehensive system test strategy, test plan & test cases to align with project scope, quality requirements and targets.

• Manage release Change Management. Ensure changes are completed according to the project and/or release schedule.

• Assist to formulate implementation and deployment plan for system cutover.

Qualifications

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Solid experience in functional requirement management and end to end requirement analysis.

· Solid experience in business process modeling and functional design.

· Solid experience in object oriented design techniques, UML and object modeling

· Experience with Scrum or similar agile development.

· Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM 7.8 and Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration

· Experience in designing and implementing integration with .Net C#, MQ and Batch file

· Experience with a variety of source control and development tools

· Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components.

· A passion for learning and the willingness to solve problems.

A Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related field with strong education in web technologies.

The Role

The appointee is engaged:

• to support Head of Art & Design and primary teachers in aspects of art curriculum aesthetics, helping them to attain educational excellence.
• to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times towards the teaching process.
• to communicate, liaise and develop sound relationships with students, parents and colleagues both Teaching and Non-Teaching.
• to lead the Teaching & Learning Assistants in the year group aesthetics.

The role reports to Head of Art & Design (Junior School).

This is a temporary role for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading Responsibility

• To lead and coordinate the Teaching & Learning Assistants (TLAs)and work with the Heads of Year in the year group aesthetics;
• To provide CPD for TLAs in quality aesthetics;
• To provide and maintain aesthetic and technical support across the Junior school;
• To assist with the installation and aesthetics for Junior musical performances;
• To assist in the aesthetic set-up for Junior school special days, festivals and celebrations;
• To assist in the aesthetic set up of internal areas (e.g. Admin Offices) and high profile external displays in the Junior School;
• To attend meetings in liaison with Head of Art in planning aesthetic elements of Junior school environment;
• Research and purchase of materials for aesthetic elements of school display;
• To establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and outside agencies;
• To assist the Head of Department in the ordering, purchase, delivery and storage of materials; and
• To work closely with Head of Department to monitor local and overseas orders.

2. General Classroom Organisation

• If necessary, organise and provide resources and materials as necessary for art lessons;
• Ensure the correct supplies of art resources are ordered.
• To monitor and maintain the safe and efficient use of the premises, specialist equipment, tools and materials.

3. Administration and Co-Ordination

• To help to develop and organise the administrative procedures of the department.

4. Communications

• Communicate clearly with students and develop a working rapport;
• Communicate confidently with teachers and their assistants;
• Be the first point of contact for telephone calls and queries from other areas of the school, informing the teaching staff as required;
• Contribute to departmental team meetings if appropriate; and

5. Information Technology

• Have an up-to-date knowledge of software that can be used to display art and photos
• Use the existing ICT programs & software available to enhance displays, exhibitions or administration

6. Specialist Knowledge

According to the qualifications, experience and interestof the individual post holder, be able to contribute to some of the following specialist activities:

• Photography
• Photography artwork, display, art projects for the purpose of design work
• Staff and pupil photographs for Junior School for the purpose of display

7. GENERAL

• Work in other areas of the School on other job related tasks as circumstances require
• Maintain a standard of personal image in keeping with the requirements of the school
• Be responsible for reporting any concerns about a child to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Post-sales design documentation, implementation and migration of advanced complex solutions for enterprise customers. Complex solutions consist of multi-product services.
• The TDA’s role is to ensure that these services interoperate and integrate into the customer environment.
• Such products consist of but are not limited to SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet, IPSec VPN’s, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Orchestration, WAN Optimization, Managed Security Services, Cloud Services, Managed Hosting and Complex Migration Planning, Etc.
• In general, TDA engineers must be expert level certified in one or more disciplines. Have a broad understanding across the technical landscape within Telecommunications and Enterprise IT architectures and have a natural ability to converse with both technical and executive audiences
• Basic Knowledge on programming & scripting including but not limited to Python, Yang, Perl, JSON, etc
• The TDA will own the technical delivery of customer solutions and will be the technical interface between the customer, product teams and project management during service delivery
• Close engagement with pre-sales, technically validating solutions proposed are deliverable and all technical aspects are clearly defined prior to contract signature. The TDA accepts technical ownership of the solution at the point of contract signature.
• Engaging with and supporting pre-sales during contracting, with project management during service realization and the training of Service Assurance, through design, delivery and handover into lifecycle management
• Lead customer-facing technical workshops in the delivery phase requiring excellent communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to all levels of competency
• 4th Line escalation. Providing support to 3rd line teams for OEM and design related faults
