Stolthaven’s corporate Asset Management department is responsible for developing various new business opportunities in close cooperation with our commercial functions, various experts and local management. The role of business development engineer is a key role in this. As a business development Engineer, you will be supporting with everything technical around business development. • Interacts with other initiatives for example in Risk Based Inspection meetings contributing to standardized way of working over terminals and within team by working on corporate projects assisting the global Asset Management team

4. Enforces established plant safety and environmental policy and procedures as related to assigned projects and related tasks

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, EI&A, Civil or related field

2. Familiarity with applicable standards and codes relating to bulk liquid storage facilities for the applicable terminal location is preferred or should be obtained as part of training. This could include API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and CFR and any other (local) codes

3. Exposure to Multi-disciplinary project teams with various business stakeholders is preferred

4. Self-motivated to ‘close the loop’ with actions and administrative responsibilities

5. Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Portuguese and/or Chinese languages

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate Gradiant Field Construction and manage Operation activities in Singapore and in Southeast Asia (as long as travels reasonably allow). Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and creating mechanical designs for electronics and power electronics products.
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using Siemens NX.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to complete design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
• Work with vendors and contractors efficiently to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct thermal simulation and analysis using industrial software for development.
• Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration, including 3D printing.

• Support hardware developers on board schematic capture fulfilling design requirements.

Job Description

As a Salvage Engineer, the world is your playground. You never know when or where a ship gets into trouble. That is why for a Salvage Engineer literally every day is different. It sounds like a cliché, but it is the reality. As a Salvage Engineer, you will have an adventurous job. When a ship is in distress, you will travel to the emergency scene with a multidisciplinary team. Once on-site, you work together with the team to get the ship systems up and running again. You are responsible for the vessel maintenance, trouble shooting, and on-site repairs of our salvage equipment. It is vital to salvage the vessel as quickly as possible. As well as working on actual ship salvage operations.

Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, reports to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.
• When at base, assisting the technical manager and the operations manager to set up the right maintenance procedures and carry out the planned maintenance system of our equipment.
• Sharing knowledge with other engineers about complex ship's systems and maintenance solutions.
• Advising the salvage inspector and superintendent about how to break into existing ship's systems in order to use them during the salvage operation.
• Producing reports about the actions taken to get systems operational again. As you can expect from a leading international maritime service company, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment.

Your qualities
