The ideal candidate is a creative, driven and productive individual who has a background in Mechanical Design and is trained in Creo Parametric and technical documentation. Role Purpose

Role Accountabilities

• Support the final stages of Spectainer’s COLLAPSECON & COS design, prepare technical drawings, specification, BOM, prepared parts list, production drawings, patent drawings, and other technical documentation.

• Assist in the durability assessments of all OEM parts and components to ensure the components/parts are able to meet the company’s target useful lifecycle
• Assist in preparing test schedules to ensure products operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day duties will typically consist of:

• Using computer aided engineering and design software and equipment to perform drafting and design.

• Work closely with the software engineers to automate their deployments and improve productivity.
• Work closely with the enterprise architects and IT security team to ensure compliance to their requirements.
• Troubleshooting of deployment errors, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Experience working with at least one of the CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Octopus, ArgoCD.
• Good understanding of CI/CD best practices (environmental variable replacement strategies etc)
• Good understanding of containerization tools (Docker) and usage of image repositories
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools will be a plus (Kubernetes)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

Qualifications
