This is a full time role for a Technical Specialist located in Ang Mo Kio. As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan.
