1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. Qualifications

What You Can Expect

Role:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with Marine Boilers.
• Carry out repairs on inboard and outboard marine boilers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure all shipboard systems are functioning properly.

· To conduct C&S inspection for works the inspections forms submit by Main Contractor Engineer/Supervisor and maintain proper records.

· To check and monitor the Structural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements

· RTO registration with IES is mandatory

· Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or NCSS.

· Min 2 years of experience in supervision of precast concrete element launching work for vehicular structures.
