The Responsibilities:

Implementation Support / Operations

· To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.

· Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events.

• Handle insurance-related matters, including notifications, follow-ups, and settlements, in coordination with the Fleet Manager and Marine Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred sea time experience as Chief Engineer on offshore vessels.
• Familiarity with operations and technical aspects of OSVs.
• Proven skills in budgeting and cost control.
• Strong knowledge in the following areas

1. General vessel machinery, equipment, and systems.
2. Classification and statutory regulations.
3. Engine types, including Caterpillar, Cummins, Wartsila, and Niigata.
4. FPP, CPP, Z-Pellers, and Azimuth drives.
5. DP systems and maintenance.
6. Diesel-electric drives and hybrid engine configurations.
7. Computerized PMS and related software.

• Preferably experienced in ship management.
• Availability to travel on short notice.
• Strong communication and information-sharing abilities.

Role:

• Ensure vessel certificates are up-to-date and maintain e-documents within the system.
• Assist the Technical Superintendent or Manager in the preparation, monitoring, and control of repair and maintenance budgets for the fleet.
• Support the Technical Superintendent/Manager with the quotation and requisition processes for services and stores.
• Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for dockings and related operations.
• Review and follow up on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels.
• Oversee the tracking and submission of month-end reports from vessels.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Marine Engineering or a relevant field (preference for Maritime or engineering majors).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
