Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.
• Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
• Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws
• Prepare reports of data results and present findings to SHRM.
• Execute tasks in HRIS (Timesoft) and oversee HR data integrity.
• P-File Management; ensure full digitalization of HR documents.
• Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
• Other HR projects and tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field with min. 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong excel and reporting skills
• Prior experience in Timesoft is advantageous
• Positive working attitude, a team player, ability to meet tight timelines and perform under pressure.

Job Desription

• To ensure that the Engineering designs are in compliance with project specific requirements, and in-line with the Engineering Standard Practice, Company’s ISO procedures, national and international engineering norms, codes, and safety requirements.
• Generate block diagrams, bill of materials, functional design specifications, design calculation, wiring drawings, and all other documents and drawings as required by project and necessary to ensure equipment can be procured, integrated, tested, installed and handed over to the customer on schedule.
• Ensure equipment supplied for a specific project is technically compliant with relevant specification requirements, project technical standards, correctly configured and completed.
• Ensures equipment specified and designed can be successfully integrated with other equipment with which it has to interface to.
• Produces test procedure documentation appropriate to project commissioning.
• Provides technical support to system assembly and integration team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Projects & Retrofit Manager / Assistant Manager

Position Summary:

• Thales AVS in Singapore conducts manufacturing and repair activities for aircraft OEM and airlines respectively.
• The AVS APAC Industrial Centre (AAIC) Transformation team is seeking an Automation Integration Engineer.
• The person joining will embark on Automation (e.g. RPA), software integration (SOAP, RESTful API integration and connector development, WMS, Middle Ware Software Integration) and system integration (Server Integration, setup and maintenance) for a number of initiatives linked to Industry 4.0 Transformation, in both production and repair activities across local and Global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with process, business, and product teams to design, build, align, test, and implement integration solutions across various systems, including ERP platforms, APIs, and third-party connectors, ensuring smooth automation processes that align with business objectives.
• Lead the integration of automation solutions with ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between different enterprise applications and tools.
• Develop, configure, and deploy APIs, connectors, and other integration components that link automation solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring real-time data exchange and system synchronization.
• Design and implement a structured training framework for RPA/automation developers, providing onboarding and skill development for new team members, particularly in ERP and API integration areas.
• Coordinate the deployment, integration, and rollout of RPA/automation solutions across both local and international sites, ensuring ERP systems, APIs, and third-party services are properly connected and operational.
• Provide ongoing support for the operation and maintenance of integrated RPA/automation systems, including troubleshooting issues related to ERP integrations and API performance.
• Work within Scrum AGILE methodologies, delivering iterative improvements and providing ongoing updates to product and process owners on the progress of integration and automation work, particularly around ERP and API integration.
• Lead integration projects related to process improvement, guiding teams through the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that connect to various enterprise systems, ensuring thorough user support and maintenance. Some projects may be managed by internal teams or external contractors.
• To promote data culture and share knowledge extensively within AAIC, the capability to build dashboard using PowerBI or any other software

Requirements:

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java
• Familiarity with SOAP and RESTful APIs, WMS, middleware, and connector development for seamless system integration
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and design patterns
• Experienced in process and business analysis, from design to implementation, as well as managing UAT and bug fixes
• Competent experience in RPA/Automation development using UiPath Studio and UiPath products, SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and other industrial IT applications

• Perform structural analysis and design works for building works and civil works.
• Supervise the drafting works related to design and coordinate for deliverables.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
• Assist QP/Project Lead in managing projects, liaise with stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants and submission to authorities.
• Working independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works will be advantageous.

Requirements

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore/Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of C&S design experience.
• With working experiences in Singapore/ Malaysia on structural engineering projects.
• Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. Tekla, STAAD Pro, SAFE, Prokon, Etabs, SAP 2000 etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
