We are seeking to employ suitably qualified and experienced Senior Academic Support staff to join dedicated teams of professionals in the Arts Faculty.

The appointee is to support the Senior School Music Department’s extensive Music curriculum, extra- curricular and performance schedule. The role will require excellent piano accompanying skills and strong ensemble and composition/arranging skills. The role will require accompanying ensembles and leading and developing performance opportunities for students within the Senior School. The role will require arranging and sequencing music for a wide range of ensembles and groups and promoting an inclusive musical environment where students are encouraged to take risks and enjoy performing for each other. The appointee will also support Music staff in curriculum lessons for an average of 14 hours per week, ranging from ages 11-18 years old. The appointee will be responsible for organising and promoting the annual ‘Battle of the Bands’ with support from the Music Department and lead some agreed Music Co-Curriculum Activities.

The Department currently organises around 20 musical events running throughout the School Year.

Bruker Singapore is seeking for an IT Service Engineer based in Singapore. He/ She is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within an organization. They are tasked with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as configuring and deploying new hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a two-year contract (subject to renewal).

Areas of Responsibilities :

• Operate the day to day IT Service Desk to our employees through emails and online ticketing system.
• Monitors and track incident, service request in IT ticketing system. Responsible for dispatching and escalating ticket to next support level. Continuous monitoring and forward movement of end user issues until they are resolved.
• Manage and operate the installation/delivery of all End User Device including Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Phones, Printers and Mobile device.
• Responsible for all PC heath status; ensure all computers are properly patched and virus protected.
• Provide assistance to users regardless of their geographical location.
• Performing any other IT related duties including on-demand project.
• Manage telecommunication system and cabling system. Work with external vendor to ensure smooth operations and SLA are met.
• Prepare and participate in disaster recovery and unscheduled shutdown drills
• Prepare report as request by management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in Asia Pacific
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Preferred experiences and qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma level (preferred) in a Computer Science or equivalent
• ITIL foundation certification highly preferred
• Some working knowledge in an IT Support Organization
• Preferably 1-3 years of related working experience
• Experience in handling different level of end users
• Experience in handling user request and communicate expectation

Requirements:
