Education & Qualification

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• More than 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.

About the Team:

The mission of the Marketplace Intelligence and Data team is to build large-scale data and intelligent products to facilitate the growth of Shopee's e-commerce business. This team is responsible for building Shopee's e-commerce data warehouse, development of merchant and operational data products, end-to-end traffic data products, product algorithms (including product listing, control, information optimization, SPU, etc), promotion algorithms (including product recruitment, product selection, and recommendation algorithms), review algorithms, user profiles, as well as fundamental artificial intelligence capabilities such as machine translation, speech algorithms, image algorithms, and KYC verification.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Management Lead to oversee the development and management of data products and systems that empower Shopee’s marketplace. As a lead in this critical team, you will drive technical project delivery from request planning, competitor analysis, development, testing, UAT, and launch. You will also guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and deep domain knowledge in e-commerce, data intelligence, and large-scale product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Product Managers to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for Shopee's Marketplace Intelligence and Data initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end product development of technical projects, from ideation, data analysis, testing, launch, and iterations.

Requirements

What Will You Do?

Form part of the Product Office with Product Owner and Product Manager to manage the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization, to getting buy-in with internal and external stakeholders, till delivering the product to end users

As an Associate Engineer in Product Support Organization, within the Aftermarket Products & Services (APS) Business Unit, this role is responsible for the technical activities that support the repair and refurbishment of goods. This includes the completion of the quality of goods meeting schedule timelines.

The Associate Engineer ensures smooth repair and refurbishment of goods:

• Repair and refurbishment support: Ensure assemble of goods with accuracy
• On time delivery: completion of work order within the scheduled time frame

• Create repair and/or refurbishment work orders.

Qualification

• Able to work independently to troubleshoot and analyze machines and spares issues when needed
