Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Estimate development efforts, prioritize tasks, and manage deliverables to meet project deadlines.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the development lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on team progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MariaDB.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Working experience with testing tools like JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Mockito, etc
• Build cloud solutions with the best industrial practices - elastically scalable, proper fault tolerance, highly reliable, highly secured, and easily managed architecture
• Strong working experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as PCF or OpenShift is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Analyse and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotation) or opportunities during pre-tender and tender phase and to raise queries or amendments in order to influence clients or consultants if possible.
• Go for site show round to understand the scope of work and prepare MOM for Tender scope.
• Lead and organize single or multi systems like mechanical, electrical and ELV tender preparation, reviews and submission in order to ensure completeness, quality, technical and risk compliance, and on time tender submission.
• Consolidate and analyse technical, bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data and commercial contract in order to ensure technical compliance, risks mitigation and competitiveness during tender preparation and clarification phase.
• Arrange project involvement during Tender stage and manpower planning with project to come up with project organization chart and preliminary cost.
• Enhance and consolidate quotes in order to reach target win price while avoiding rejection and margin slippage and to prepare Tender cost summary for management approval for tender profit margin.
• Prepare tender interview presentation to support management during tender clarification / negotiation phase in order to win tender.
• Lead and organize tender reviews and meetings in order to ensure completeness and quality handover to project management team.
• Perform any other related duties assigned in order to support management.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tender management role (construction industry – electrical for building).
• Knowledge in HT LV, ELV systems, and ACMV / Fire systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, repair quotation and vehicle history files.
• Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern.

• Hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes). Experience in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of static equipment such as heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems .
• Ability to perform gasket replacements, flange management, and bolt torquing to ensure leak-free joints
• Knowledge on Gas/Steam turbines, HRSG, water treatment plant equipment will be an added advantage .
• Familiarity with Condition Monitoring techniques and Predictive Maintenance tools
• Basic understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) interfaces with mechanical systems.
