Job Responsibility
· Coordinating and monitoring of Building Maintenance
· Management of suppliers and contractors
· Adhoc secretary support
· To assists in consolidation of stationery purchase
· Admin support to safety
· Assist HR on New Hire onboarding items such as access cards, and maintenance of list of record.
· Assist Internal audits
· Assist License related matters such as BCA, EMA, Bizsafe, Fire certificate & Vehicles
· Assist in other adhoc duties
Job Requirement
· Minimally a ITE/Diploma or its equivalent.
· Knowledge in doing internal memo content
· At least 2 years in administrative task
· Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
· Able to work independently
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
