Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Information Technology Division, System Technology department and will be responsible for managing Content Delivery Network (CDN), including Cyber Security Health, as well as administering mission critical platforms such as Openshift Container Platform (OCP) and/or Mashery API Gateway.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Work closely with CDN providers and application teams to ensure internet websites are healthy in terms of availability, response time and security posture.

· Conduct ongoing reviews on existing critical platform to ensure highest level of resiliency and cost effectiveness.

· Performs system administration activities such as troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident.

· Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery and security related drills and operate within assigned fiscal budget.

· Build automation wherever possible to improve development team’s agility and reduce human errors.

· Integrate with existing CICD pipelines to facilitate application onboarding.

· Explore, learn and deploy new technologies and provide training to the IT community within the company to reduce cost and improve operational efficiencies.

· This position requires periodic system administration outside normal business hours.

Requirements

· Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.

· Minimum of 3 years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in eCommerce website management.

· Experience with Akamai or equivalent CDN providers preferred.

· Conversant with infrastructure definition tools such as Cloud Formation and Terraform, and with YAML/JSON deployment templates.

· Advanced python/ansible scripting skills for provisioning and automating dynamic cloud infrastructure.

· Hands-on experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration and tools such as Jira and Jenkins.

Tasks:

• Develop ASICs for a wide range of applications in Rohde & Schwarz products, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers. These ASICs are characterized by fast A/D and D/A converters, complex digital signal processing, high-speed digital interfaces, and the use of the latest semiconductor technologies
• Involved in several ASIC design steps, from architecture and concept creation, RTL coding and verification, to synthesis including timing and power analysis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development methodology and the tools used

Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the field of digital ASIC development and have successfully accompanied product developments preferred
• Knowledge of modern methodologies, tools, and languages used in digital ASIC development
• Advanced knowledge of ASIC technology and the design flow of digital ASICs, and have solid knowledge in multiple areas of integrated circuit design (concepts, coding, simulation, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, power analysis)

Job Description

• Ensuring Safety of the vessel and her crew always as a top priority.

Requirements and Exeperience (Essential skills, qualifications, and experience):

• Previous experience in a Shipping and offshore marine operations related company is a must, preferably within a Ship Management organization.
• Prior experience either as Technical Superintendent for a minimum of 3 to 5 years managing offshore oil and gas assets such as Subsea, Offshore Construction, and OSVs as well as conventional vessels which would be an added advantage.
• Having sailed as a Marine Engineering officer on offshore or conventional vessels, and should hold a MEO Class 1 or Class II Certificate of Competency.
• Recognised marine qualification/experience either at sea or university or shore-based experience would be essential.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical design matters and advises the Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) / Senior Design Engineer (SDE) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical submission and assists the SRE/SDE in conveying a timely response to the contractor
• Identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Authority's Project management team, including attending technical meetings and discussions, preparation of minutes of technical meetings and to provide technical meetings and technical support as required in the evaluations of Contractor's claifications.
• Ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works

• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To provide administrative control on the site staff, instil and maintain discipline, and punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the Superintending Officer.
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• To inspect completed work and prepare defects list if necessary.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of civil engineering experience, of which 3 years must be of Geotechnical such as cut & cover tunnel and deep excavation works.

Possessed a valid RE Cert

• Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements
• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To assist SRE in the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.
• To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client
