Job Scope / Responsibilities :
1. Project planning and execution included resource management, control and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Works.
2. Preparation of the project schedule.
3. Check and analyze drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications.
4. Implement correct working methods, observe all safety rules & regulations.
5. Attend Technical & progress meetings with the owner.
6. Visit the site to solve interferences during construction and updating of As-Built drawings according to site.
7. Prepare checklists, procedures and closeout comments of the projects.
8. Follow the aftermath of the projects.
Requirements :
1. Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Green Building & Sustainability, Intelligent Building Technology, Specialist Dip in M&E Coordination.
2. Prefer local working experience in Construction industries
3. Good communication skills, independent & self-motivated
4. Knowledge of design & implementation of ACMV system
