Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage electrical and mechanical engineering projects from initiation to closure.

•Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.

•Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

•Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.

•Design and review electrical and mechanical systems, components, and layouts.

•Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

•Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address project issues and challenges.

•Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

•Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

•Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.

•Analyze project specifications and assess the cost of materials, labor, and equipment.

•Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget adherence.

•Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as needed.

•Review supplier quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

•Prepare cost reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.

•Strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical systems design and analysis.

•Proficiency in project management.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
