Job Description
The company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Specialist; who will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market share in Singapore. This candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing a diverse range of fluid transfer products and single-use assemblies, delivering customized solutions that meet the highest standards in ultra-pure fluid transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize account penetration.
● Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt and effective handling of inquiries and technical support.
● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing value propositions and technical specifications to potential customers.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the sales and marketing team, engineering, production, and customer support, to ensure seamless order processing, project intake, and customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates in the company's CRM and ERP systems.
● Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Life Sciences industry.
● Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration are highly valued.
Qualifications:
● Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
● Proven track record of sales success, preferably within the Life Sciences industry, with 1-2 years of experience or more, particularly in sectors like biomedical, pharmaceutical, chemicals, water treatment, food and beverage, and biofuel.
● Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex product information.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales excellence.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
