As a Technical Services Manager, you will drive meaningful impact by combining technical expertise, a proven track record of hands-on development experience, people leadership, and client-facing capabilities to deliver exceptional results. Leveraging your deep knowledge of software development, architecture, and SDLC, you will guide the team in establishing best practices and ensuring technical excellence across projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will address technical challenges, resolve escalations, and strengthen relationships, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical delivery. Your ability to integrate technical acumen, strategic people management, and client collaboration will position you as a cornerstone of our technology business unit’s success.
Make an impact through:
· Lead and mentor a team of developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while supporting their career development through performance evaluations and ongoing guidance.
· Provide technical leadership in software development, architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including reviewing and evaluating designs, code, and system architectures to ensure high-quality solutions.
· Manage technical escalations, deliver solutions, and collaborate with clients to address challenges while ensuring clear communication and alignment between clients and technical teams.
· Establish best practices for development, architecture, and quality assurance while enhancing team capabilities and ensuring successful solution delivery. Involvement in project management tasks is limited to overseeing successful delivery from the technology perspective and coordinating with relevant business units and technical team to address technical project challenges aligned with regional commitments.
· Leverage proficiency in one or more technical areas, such as cloud platforms (AWS), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux/Windows), Java frameworks, or DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
· Ability to effectively balance people management responsibilities with delivery execution.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
· Experience/knowledge of AML solutions.
· Experience in vendor professional services or delivery organizations, delivering enterprise-level solutions.
· Financial Services Industry experience.
