• Act as single point of contact for Customer for all facilities matters, including but

not limited to security, cooling, power, hardware movements, cleanness, etc.

• Requires onsite travel (field service) to support HP Indigo presses

The Opportunity

• Troubleshooting skill in electro-mechanical assembly, including electrical wiring diagram
• Customer facing, problem solving and analytical skills
• Managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments
• Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your Background

• Must be willing to work beyond official work hour occasionally when troubleshooting the press printer.
• Computer literacy like MS Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
• Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering from local polytechnic or Bachelor degree
• Experience in printing industry, especially with digital press will be added advantage
