Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Oversee system changes through a structured change request process. Assess impacts, secure necessary approvals, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
- Incident Response: Act swiftly to incidents by conducting in-depth investigations and providing both temporary and permanent solutions in a timely manner.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analyses for incidents. Implement proactive measures to prevent future occurrences and continuously monitor the effectiveness of these measures.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize appropriate monitoring tools to proactively track system performance and availability. Identify issues and execute corrective actions to enhance overall system functionality.
- Service Level Management: Ensure adherence to agreed service levels, including response times for service requests and system uptime. Regularly document and update system configurations and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Service Continuity Planning: Develop and implement robust service continuity strategies, including backup and restore procedures, as well as disaster recovery plans to maintain seamless business operations during disruptions.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance to customers and project teams, helping them make informed decisions and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources and schedules for system implementation and operational activities to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: No experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Personal Attributes: A positive, empathetic, and energetic demeanor.
- Availability: Immediate placement.
Remarks:
- 6-months contract
- Working Days: 5 Days work (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
