Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues (Linux VMs, Vendor Product, SFTP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent future issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions via JIRA.

Implementation and Deployment:

• Assist with the procurement of AV systems, including, but not limited to, translating operational requirements into key design requirements and technical specifications, performing technical evaluation of proposed solutions, developing testing and evaluation plans and KPIs for continuous monitoring of AV performance.

Qualifications:

The Partner Technical Lead (PTL) role is an integral member of NetApp’s partner sales team as the primary technical resource for assigned partners. The CRM/D365 CE Technical Architect is the single point of responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects that are executed through the India Microsoft Dynamics Center of Excellence (CoE).
