Handle electrical / electronic / electro-hydraulic/electro-pneumatic/ automation equipment failures and carry out fault diagnosis with the aim to resolve the issue.
Evaluate the planned maintenance schedule for fleet electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems, as well as power generation, backup power sources, and fire detection systems, and then submit the findings to the technical manager.
Study areas for improvements and modifications on electro/automation system and create methodical recommendations for efficient operation of the vessel.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of onboard sea going vessels experience as an Electrical Technical Officer in oil/gas/chemical tankers or offshore support vessels.
Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Customer Account Management Support (CAMS) assist Enterprise Sales by managing large client projects and helping to tackle ongoing or complex unresolved issues. By having a detailed understanding of Bloomberg processes and procedures, CAMS can act in an advisory role to identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency and to enhance the client's experience. CAMS is a liaison between the customer, sales, and other internal groups; we follow-up with customer concerns and objections, and navigate them through to resolution. 3+ years of experience working in a Financial Services or Financial Technology company
Previous support experience in a client facing environment (sales support, customer support, etc..)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to take a proactive approach in their role
Strong presentation and communication skills in English
Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer with expertise in managing & monitoring the network infrastructure aspects related to data centres and technical rooms, disaster recovery exercises and any other activities affecting the health of the network infrastructures.
Direct Responsibilities:
Drive the partners/suppliers to participate actively in daily network operations activities to ensure the stability of the network/voice infrastructure
Monitor and manage the LAN/WAN network, connectivity between all datacenters, sites and extranets
Ensures network devices firmware and OS are up to standard and apply/upgrade patches on a regular basis.
