What you'll do:

As an IT Support Specialist (Contract), your primary role will involve offering comprehensive IT support to both local and remote users. You'll be tasked with resolving hardware and software complications efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Your responsibilities will also include performing routine preventive maintenance activities, installing and upgrading various IT equipment and software, as well as cooperating with different stakeholders during system implementation and maintenance. What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this IT Support Specialist (Contract)position brings along a minimum of two years' experience in IT desktop support and end-user support. A diploma or degree in information technology or a related field is required. You should have technical experience in IT system support and maintenance. Experience with supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems is essential, as is proficiency in setting up and supporting various mobile devices. While ITIL v3 Foundation Certification would be advantageous, it's not a strict requirement. Proficiency in computer hardware, Windows 7/10, networks, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Dell/Cisco switches/routers is also expected.
