This position requires in-depth technical understanding and rich practical experience in data security, risk mitigation technology, and R&D engineering. Through the R&D, integration, and implementation of data security engineering, we will implement a data security operation platform for supporting data security operations, privacy and compliance teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate coordination between technical tasks and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• An Engineering diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation.
• Hands-on experience in systems deployment, service engineering, technical support, and/or operations coordination.
• Capability to adjust to a shift-based support working environment.
• Experience working in Linux OS environment.
• Practical expertise in electrical and electronic wiring as well as mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ROS is a plus.
• A Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage.

My client, a global commodities, energy and utilities trading company is undergoing a major digital transformation, moving towards a data-centric architecture on microservices, in order to integrate multiple systems, services and business operations across the group. As a Senior Software Engineer, you bring strong C#.NET development skills to the table, and will help to develop key modules within the DDH platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver production grade software for the DDH platform in production. Ensuring high availability, functionality and that meets business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues in a decentralized, microservices-based architecture
• Provide L1 and L2 production support, dealing with end-users directly as main POC (No app support experience required)
• Track SLAs, SLOs and SLIs for the platform (No SRE experience required)

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in hands-on C#.NET development (Non-negotiable)
• Experience developing or maintaining software in decentralized / microservices-based architectures
