• To prepare, maintain, communication and coordinate diverse commercial administration in support of all sales activites.

• Create test program and test hardware including evaluation, debugging, optimization and production transfer
• Cooperate with circuit designers, product development engineering, and technology engineers regarding test evaluation, analysis and debugging of first silicon and redesigns
• Create characterization programs and analyze resulting performance data
• Proform product failure analysis and debugging on test system
• Define and realize test cost reduction and transfer of test package to other test platforms
• Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science with at least 8 years’ experience in the field of IC Test development
• Experience in development of test programs and test hardware for SoC devices
• Experience with several state-of the art Automated Test Equipment (ATE), preferably on Teradyne J750 and Advantest 93k
• Knowledge of SoC testing during the development and volume production including product ramp-up
• Knowledge of analog test / DSP / DFT / DfM / DfA methods
• Experience in mixed-signal and RF test is an advantage
