Part Time Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM / full day as needed based on job requirements.

Job Description:

• Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Estimated commencement of work in February 2025.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in Plumbing and Sanitary projects will be added advantage
• Experience in supervision of Mechanical/ElectricalServices installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/ Commercial Developments would be added advantage
• Familiar with local codes and regulations

Mandatory Skills
