• Attend to Client’s site surveys, meetings and maintain constant contact/communication regarding project works (In progress and new)
• Work closely with the drafting department to come out with preliminary design (for client’s approval), material take off and cost estimation for the new potential projects
• Carry out cost estimation and prepare quotation for clients
• Procurement of materials and consumables required to carry out the fabrication work
• Work closely with clients during project execution with regards to schedule, determination of hold points (for testing and inspection) and project close up
• Overall in charge of project’s delivery schedule, cost control, quality and safety (i.e. ensure that projects are carried out within budget, schedule and with zero rework and safety incident)
• Carry out daily meeting with the supervisors to plan, prioritize, review and update status of projects
• Prepare Risk Assessment for Clients review and approval prior to work start
• Update project status during the project weekly meeting
• Check and ensure proper documentation (such as test packages, as-built drawings etc) are in place prior to project close up
• Ensure D.Os, Job Completion forms and invoices are in place (signed, submitted and filed promptly) within 1 week of project close up
• Maintain accountability to the individual client site based on sales records, quality control and safety records
• Ensure overall safety well being of workers in the workshop as well as the on site during project execution
• Carry out at least one Monthly safety Audit using the Audit Checklist
• Attend and participate all Safety Meetings organized by Clients

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related filed.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience quality assurance/control in industrial /equipment production or engineering projects would be advantageous.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools, data analysis and report writing.
• Up to date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.
• Good Interpersonal relationship and communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.

As Hydroleap is growing and offering solutions to more clients within the existing verticals as well as the new verticals, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and high-energy Automation Engineer who will be in charge of PLC programming, designing control panels, and implementing industrial and commercial electrical systems.

The Automation Engineer is responsible for the complete design of the electrical and control functions of new and retrofitted small to medium-sized control panels. In this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team in terms of process, and hardware design to translate control philosophies into a physical control panel containing PLCs and other electrical components. This role involves your presence in the office, factory as well as site.

What you will be doing

• Translation of process control philosophies into PLC/SCADA programs using one or more of the programming languages (i.e. ladder logic, function block, Sequential Function, Structured Text) and integrating different hardware components (i.e. pumps, sensors, valves, etc).
• Planning, organizing, troubleshooting issues, and managing project and electrical activities in close coordination with engineers, supervisors, and manufacturers.
• Installation, testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning of control panels and distribution systems on sites.
• Preparation of risk assessment, and HSE for each project.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• 7 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming projects
• Experience in remote monitoring and data logging.
• Licensed as a professional engineer.
• Experience in CAD or other 3D software

The purpose of this job is to assist the Company with the quality assurance activities on an ongoing basis. The role entails a variety of responsibilities, such as:

• Perform incoming material (e.g. cement, sand, etc), in-process and outgoing materials(UHPC Quality Mix) inspection activities according to the QAQC procedures and plans to ensure compliance with ISO and in-house standards.
• Operate and maintain QAQC laboratory equipment properties (e.g., TGA, BET, PSA, SEM, XRD, sieve analysis) to ensure optimal performance for analysing material, manage the safe storage of hazardous materials, and assist with periodic quality audits.
• Preparation of sampling list for weekly production and maintain the consumables inventory item at laboratory.
• Collect samples for incoming raw material quality checks.
• Manage retention samples, including proper labelling and organized storage.
• Maintain laboratory premises and equipment in accordance with the Company’s standards.
• File & maintain product inspection records.
• Perform 5S and laboratory housekeeping.
• Support the company’s research and development initiatives.

The research and development engineer will focus on developing both essential perovskite solar module structures including electrical and optical properties to maximize device performance and specific commercial products using perovskite photovoltaic technologies for clients.

· Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in perovskite solar cell research, including material synthesis, device fabrication, and characterization.

· Proficiency in thin-film deposition techniques such as spin coating, thermal evaporation, and sputtering.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced characterization tools and techniques.

· Familiarity with degradation mechanisms and strategies for improving device stability.
