Position Overview:

The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the client management team, as well as various internal departments, to maintain high-quality service delivery and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients' inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Collaborate with client management team members to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing and distributing client-related documents, contracts, and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
3. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Ensure that client management team members are well-prepared for meetings with relevant information and materials.
4. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the client management team to address and resolve client concerns or issues. Escalate complex problems to appropriate team members while maintaining clear communication with clients.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, and finance to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of strategies related to client management.
6. Billing: Monthly billing of all client warehousing activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in client support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP software and database management is a plus.
