· Minimum 8 years working experience in related field and 3 years working experience in a Managerial Position

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, leading and supervision of production team to ensure that works are carried out in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
• Discussion, advising and coordination of works with all relevant parties
• Preparation of reports as required
• Observe and maintain safety rules and regulations

• Advanced CAD Skills – Proficiency in using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings.
• Mechanical Engineering Knowledge – Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Problem-Solving – Ability to identify issues in design and find innovative solutions, considering both technical and cost constraints.
• Design for Manufacturability – Knowledge of how to design products that can be easily and cost-effectively manufactured.
• Project Management – Ability to lead and manage projects, including timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Finite Element Analysis – Experience with FEA tools to predict the behavior of mechanical components under various conditions.
• Communication Skills – Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and collaborate with other teams, including engineers and manufacturers.
• Attention to Detail – A keen eye for detail to ensure designs are accurate and meet all specifications and safety standards.
