Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in developing optimized and time-critical code in C/C++.

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineering and Maintenance operations in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees 
• Led a team of engineering and maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations such as troubleshooting operation, repair, built-up, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical service, and general building
• To ensure the compliance of all local fire safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations
• Coordinate and linking with various service companies, contractors, consultant, architect, and government, etc.
• Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs
• Planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time
• Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
• Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
• Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our customers' IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, firmware patching, and corrective maintenance activities to optimize system performance and minimize downtime. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also need to manage and work closely with our vendors to deliver our best services to our clients.

• Perform preventive maintenance activities on IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and other critical hardware.
• Plan and execute firmware patching and upgrades to ensure the security and stability of infrastructure systems.
• Respond promptly to customer-reported incidents and perform corrective maintenance to resolve issues and minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, system configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in the design and implementation of infrastructure improvements, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and technology refresh initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through meticulous test planning, execution, and automation. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and efficient e-payment experience.

• Test Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive test plans by analysing business and system requirements.
• Test Environment Preparation: Set up and maintain the test environment, ensuring it meets all necessary specifications.
• Test Case Development: Design and develop detailed test cases to cover all aspects of the system.
• Test Execution: Execute test procedures and meticulously document results.
• Automation and Performance Tuning: Automate test solutions using scripting or programming languages and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of testing and developing test automation solutions for devices (UI-based or embedded) and back-office systems. Familiarity with the full system development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Testing Phases Knowledge: Understanding of diverse test execution phases, including Agile testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
