• Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems. Perform IMAC for computer setup
• Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for domain environment
• Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed
• Provide Monthly report to supervisor / manager
• Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures
• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes
• Perform overtime as and when it requires
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge on basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure is a must
• Knowledge of domain knowledge, enterprise applications is an advantage
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems with minimum supervision
• Able to provide Helpdesk level support over phone / email / onsite / Incident Mgt System

Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced junior and senior full-time deskside engineers to provide End User Computing or Deskside support to Multinational companies in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
• VIP support
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• At least 3 years of IT deskside support experiences for junior level.
• At least more than 6 years of IT deskside support experiences for senior level.
