Responsibilities:

The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on Housing Development Board (HDB) / Land Transport Authority (LTA) construction sites. He/She must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects and ensures that construction projects follow contracts and regulations. General Scope of services

• Carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act, working under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carry out their supervision and fully responsible to the appropriate Qualified Person.

Scheduling
