1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Job Description:

• To ensure electrical, instrumentation and control engineering technical scope performance meeting the project specification, budget and stakeholder expectation.
• Identify and responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering deliverables.
• Responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering change order and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectation.
• Able to read and implement the project technical specification to the project deliverables.
• Attend client/ consultants meeting for technical clarifications and related activities.
• Facilitate the generation of the control, electrical and instrumentation engineering risks and mitigations for the project risk register.
• Manage the electrical and instrumentation package vendors and review vendors’ quotation
• Ensure CIE engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budget
• Conduct FAT/SAT and equipment troubleshooting
• Prepare panel drawings, circuit drawings and all electrical documents
• Prepare instrument data sheets and instrument list
• Prepare automation engineering documentation such as functional description specifications, control philosophy, control system architecture
• Design of Electrical & Instrumentation panels based on water and wastewater treatment process requirements (focus on RO & MBR applications basis)
• Identify instruments, electrical equipment and components to procurement.
• Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, control and instrumentation or related fields
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects a plus
• 5 years and above experience.
• Experience in the industries standard, NORSOK, NEK, PSA, IEC, BS & etc. and hazardous areas classification.
• Willing to travel overseas
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• General computer knowledge is essential (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).

• Working Location: AMK @ Link (Yio Chu Kang MRT)
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm, 5-days week
• Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with other domain specialist to design complex solutions
2. Analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions and system design
3. Generate solution design, project document and Bill of Material for customer requirement
4. Conduct in-house evaluation and Proof of Concept trial with stakeholders
5. Liaison with principal vendors to understand their products, solution and pricing
6. Assist the project engineers during Technical Project implementation and conduct of training
7. Handle system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting in Windows / Linux
8. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer science or related technical discipline
2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in network design and planning
3. Very comfortable Familiar with Microsoft Windows and in LINUX operating environment (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc)
4. Min. 3 years experience in complex project implementations;
5. Strong understanding of cyber security, cryptography, security protocol, network security, TCP/IP networking.
6. Strong understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and IT Regulatory Compliance
7. Experience in architecting or deploying Virtualization solutions for enterprises would be advantageous
8. Understanding the on-premise / hybrid and cloud networking model
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Hands on experience in installing hardware such as servers, network switch, cables, hubs, routers, and setting up required software environment / applications
11. Solid CCTV and Audio / Video knowledge and experience
12. Experience with IP communication technology such as IP PBX, video conference and network management system
13. Possess certifications like CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Wireless, CISSP or equivalent on Networking and Security technologies would be an added advantage.
