Responsibilities and Authorities

Operation

• Lead the team in day-to-day operation to achieve operation goals.
• Handle shopfloor resources (workforce, machine, and materials) to meet daily operation plan.
• Plan and schedule weekly work order according to customer demand.
• Responsible to report out team performance and provide timely resolution on disruptions to shopfloor operation.
• Establish strategy and standardize processes to enable team to achieve department objectives. Translate annual department objectives into specific team and individual performance goals including important metrics, and to review them regularly. Conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective action promptly when goals are not met.
• Plan and strategize the movement of WIP (Work in Progress) and scheduled activities for maximum efficiency, minimum idle time and maintain cell linearity balancing.
• Handle employee relations and establish a psychological safe environment.
• Review cross team support to fulfill production build plans.
• Support department and cross team activities that delivers consistently high-quality products and services in a safe and efficient manner.
• Responsible for all aspects of an emergency response (role of SIC) which includes developing incident objectives and handling the incident action plans.

• Work with Manager to identify and build relevant skills and capability within team.
• Work with peers to improve team flexibility through cross training.
• Develop training plan for team including induction, on-the-job training, and certification.
• Develop, support and mentor team by giving timely and constructive feedback to empower employee to have higher/more responsibilities.

Quality

• Conduct Gemba with purpose to identify problems and area of improvements and take timely action to address them.
• Ensure safety, operation procedures, subject area and 5S are closely observed and adhered to across WLP operation, complying to site’s EH&S and QMS policies/guidelines.
• Participate/conduct and communicate manufacturing safety risk assessment.
• Ensure documentation, data, and inventory accuracies.

Qualification

• Degree in any engineering, chemistry field, fresh graduates can apply.
• Diploma with any engineering, chemistry field more than 5 years experience

Experience

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in supervisory position, preferably in Instrument assembly process environment
• More than 5 years’ experience in shopfloor manufacturing planning will be considered.

Proficiencies preferred.

What the day will look like

• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Treaty data & underwriting information for the production of contractual documents- including but not limited to slips, cover notes, wordings, endorsements, addendum, presentations; signing of contractual documents.

CONTEXT OF THE JOB

You will be reporting to the regional Head of AMS from a day to day activities perspective. Provide support for local and regional applications within the business as part of the AMS team (application management and support). You will be responsible for supporting exchange related tasks and applications within the regional IT team from a projects and day to day activities point of view (communications, IT upgrades, market testing, etc). Ensure all systems and services are stable and managed to ABN AMRO Clearing standards, and conform to industry best practices. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Local and Regional Focus:

• Providing analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for new and existing software.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Maven.
