JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Software or a related field, with over 8 years of relevant work experience; must have at least 5 years of architecture design experience in one of the following fields: finance, Web3, or risk control. Familiarity with cryptocurrency-related business is preferred.
2. In-depth research experience in Java core libraries, such as Java 17 and Java 21, with expertise in multithreading, networking, virtual threads, large-scale distributed systems, handling big data, high concurrency, high load, and high availability.
3. Familiarity with common Java ecosystem components and their design principles, such as Dubbo, Netty, Spring Boot, SOFABoot, MyBatis, etc.; understanding protocols like Raft and FIX is preferred.
4. Strong familiarity with Linux operating systems, including file systems, locking mechanisms, and network programming; deep understanding of virtual machine principles and implementations, with strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.

Description

You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.

You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the SUPERINTENDENT with dry dock and repair project planning, execution, and close-out, attending the project site when required.

• Assist SUPERINTENDENT with service engineer arrangement and coordination for boarding.
• Review, maintain and prepare vessel shareholder presentation for agreed submission dates.
• Maintain record of the fleet service arrangements & EOM reports including technical bulletins from makers.
• Complete monthly post meeting reports for Charterers / Fleet.
• Administer the disbursement account, detailing line items and account codes.
• Review and respond to Management Meeting minutes. Provide summary to SUPERINTENDENT.
• Send to vessels Class status report monthly including expiring certificates status.
• Assist works related EU ETS, EUMRV and IMO DCS.
• Support PAL occurrence review and processing as defined by Fleet Manager and assist SUPERINTENDENT for closing occurrences with the review from Tableau.
• Appoint Agents as per SUPERINTENDENT instructions.
• Any other documentary and filing works as required by team
• Support SUPERINTENDENT with Guarantee claims administration.
• Assist Survey and Audit Requirements (internal and external)
• Monitor and provide progression reports on the Teams “Management of Change”.
• Review and maintain fleet weekly operational records data monthly KPI data and ensure fleet team are informed.
• Preparation and completion of presentations for Charterers / Owners as required by Fleet team.

• Prepare vessel’s maintenance plans for assigned vessels
• Monitor of vessel’s maintenance works based on the vessel’s maintenance plan

• Management of Survey & Certificates
• Prompt management of incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis and preventive measures
• Timely preparation of inspections and dry dockings including regular written reports
• Maintain the latest versions of vessel plans and manuals
• Arrangements, costing and attendance for insurance repairs
• Arrangement of spares, stores, lubricants, paints etc. for vessels
• Prepare the vessel budgets, including regular updates of budget and cost control
• Management of environmental, safety standards and maintenance advice to vessels
• Vessel visits at stipulated intervals and submission of visit report
• Co-ordination of activities between vessels and office
• Daily performance monitoring of the vessels
• Implement the company’s Objectives of the team
• Marine casualty management as per IMS
• Appraisal of crew on board for the vessel in charge

Job Requirement

• Candidate must hold Chief Engineer’s Certificate of Competency
• Minimum 2 years LNG/LPG sailing experience at management level or minimum 2 years superintendent experience
• Good understanding of Dual Fuel Engines, LNG Cargo containment and handling system
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
