Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Sewer Engineering approved by PE board.
• Min 4 years' Experience
• Experience in water pipe and best knowledge in laying water pipe
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Reporting to Project Head, you will be responsible for managing the full project execution in terms of scope, cost, schedule and quality. With strong project planning, cost control and time management skills, you will be overseeing a team of sub-contractors and working with various internal and external parties.

Job Description:

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of project scope, cost, schedule and quality from initial preparation stage until complete handover.
• Planning, cost control, work measurement and collection of performance data such as installed quantities, spent labour and other progress measurement data.
• Manages and tracks all changes, potential changes, ensuring estimated cost and schedule changes are given visibility to relevant parties.
• Provide regular reports inclusive of cost and schedule data to the top management.
• Works independently on complex project risk assessment issues, manage conflict, and provide resolution using a combination of technical skills, leadership, teamwork and people management skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder in Engineering, Project Management, and other relevant majors.

Responsibilities:

3. Able to review previous history, ITP, client procedures and NDT reports.
4. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team.
5. Submit daily and weekly reports to client on the inspection findings.
6. To carry out RBI inspections as per the codes and standards.
7. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
8. Carry out coating inspections of equipment’s and piping.
9. To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in structural fabrication projects, skid manufacturer clients, pressure vessels, pipe spools etc.
10. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.

Job requirements:

1. Must have bachelor or masters degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
2. Must have more than 10 years’ work experience.
3. Must have valid API 510, API 570, API 571 and API 580 Certificate.
4. Must have Senior Welding inspector certificate under AWS-SCWI or CSWIP 3.2.2.
5. Must have NACE level 3 or FROSIO level 3 certificate.
6. Must have NDT level II certificates in MPI, PT, UT and RT.
7. Must have previous shutdown inspection experience in Shell Seraya and Neste Singapore.
8. Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API codes.
9. Must have good knowledge in coating inspections.
10. Must have a good knowledge about MT, PT, UT, RT Methods.
11. Must having an inspection experience in Exchanger, pressure vessels, piping and columns.

Job Descriptions:

Min Qualifications / Experience :

Job Skills Required :

· Customizes CMS database check sheets and allocation of check sheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punch list updates for mechanical/ electrical process/safety /HVAC discipline

· Prepares boundary drawings as per subsystem listing

· Attends Factory Acceptance Test at vendors' premises, as required. (FAT)

· Reviews commissioning shipped-loose items, consumables and spares for proper inventory and availability

· Follows up with relevant parties to ensure proper closure of outstanding issues arising from commissioning activities

Requirements:

· Min. 3 years year of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ marine industry.

· Experience in commissioning of Diesel Generators/ Compressors/ Pumps/ Piping systems / Utility packages/ cranes / mechanical handling equipment/ HVAC, etc

· Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities of oil and gas/ marine facilities

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Record and report on the department’s activities and production results regularly in each productivity review meeting.

• Maintain and ensure 5S housekeeping on the shop floor.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Diploma/bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering).
• At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment.
• Good communication skills to perform mentoring and coaching to production staff.
• Good knowledge in problem-solving methodology.
