Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (e.g. API Q1 requirements).
• Establish and lead internal audit program covering all operations and functions to ensure adherence to QMS requirements, provide report on internal audit results, and follow-up audit results to ensure close out of corrective/ preventive actions.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely response to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of Quality Control.
• Supervision and management of QC resources – Inspectors, Quality Coordinator.
• Provide technical expertise and training to Inspectors and Quality Coordinator.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of quality documents and records.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate/NiTec, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related.
• Good knowledge of ISO /API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience on quality inspection & measurement is preferred.
• Knowledge/certificate in NDT is preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal and planning skills.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System of manufacturing environment.
• Prefer having experiences in non-electronic industries such as raw material suppliers, metal cutting, oil & gas, mechanical , surface treatment/coating etc.
