A Lead Automation/Systems Engineer at RoviSys will serve as a software or hardware lead on projects, as well as possess the ability to understand functional specifications and/or design specifications and translate that knowledge in the implementation of control systems. • Assist Program Manager in managing program-related issues and correspondences. Monitor and track progress on program activities.

· Review & upgrade existing automated production lines via root cause analysis for continuously improvement to meet production new requirement.

· Create, prepare, update automation project documentation, procedures & drawings of Gantt chart, weekly progress report, process / equipment flow chart, validation list, buy off/FAT/SAT (Factory / Site Acceptance Test) procedure, mechanical assembly & layout drawing, electrical diagram & wiring, I/O list, co-robot & PLC program, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), WI (Work Instruction) & PM (preventive maintenance) check list.

RF Unit

• Disassemble Signal generator unit and Calibrate the unit according to SOP
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCB assemblies
• Soldering work and board rework on HD, surface-mount PCB assemblies
• Provide necessary fault information and repair records for work carried out
• Knowledge of handling different test and measuring equipment, LCR meter and Oscilloscope
• Complete repair job in a timely manner
• Maintain SOP documents required for daily repair/rework operation
