The Automation Engineer is responsible for the complete design of the electrical and control functions of new and retrofitted small to medium-sized control panels. In this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team in terms of process, and hardware design to translate control philosophies into a physical control panel containing PLCs and other electrical components. • 7 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming projects
• Experience in remote monitoring and data logging.
• Licensed as a professional engineer.

The purpose of this job is to assist the Company with the quality assurance activities on an ongoing basis. The role entails a variety of responsibilities, such as:

• Perform incoming material (e.g. cement, sand, etc), in-process and outgoing materials(UHPC Quality Mix) inspection activities according to the QAQC procedures and plans to ensure compliance with ISO and in-house standards.
• Operate and maintain QAQC laboratory equipment properties (e.g., TGA, BET, PSA, SEM, XRD, sieve analysis) to ensure optimal performance for analysing material, manage the safe storage of hazardous materials, and assist with periodic quality audits.
• Preparation of sampling list for weekly production and maintain the consumables inventory item at laboratory.
• Collect samples for incoming raw material quality checks.
• Manage retention samples, including proper labelling and organized storage.
• Maintain laboratory premises and equipment in accordance with the Company’s standards.
• File & maintain product inspection records.
• Perform 5S and laboratory housekeeping.
• Support the company’s research and development initiatives.
• Execute any additional duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards in all activities to ensure a safe working environment for all.

The research and development engineer will focus on developing both essential perovskite solar module structures including electrical and optical properties to maximize device performance and specific commercial products using perovskite photovoltaic technologies for clients.

Key Responsibilities are listed as following:

• Research and Development: Design, develop, and optimize high-efficiency perovskite solar cells and tandem architectures, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.
• Material Science: Investigate and select perovskite materials, charge transport layers, and encapsulation techniques to enhance stability and performance.
• Device Fabrication: Develop processes for device fabrication, including solution-based and vapor deposition techniques, and ensure reproducibility at scale.
• Characterization and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive electrical, optical, and structural characterization of materials and devices, using advanced techniques like IV testing, EQE, SEM, and XRD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including material scientists, process engineers, and production teams, to align R&D goals with production strategies.
• Data Management: Document experimental procedures, analyze results, and prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
• Innovation: Stay pdated with industry trends and advancements in perovskite solar technology and propose innovative solutions for performance enhancement.

· Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in perovskite solar cell research, including material synthesis, device fabrication, and characterization.

· Proficiency in thin-film deposition techniques such as spin coating, thermal evaporation, and sputtering.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced characterization tools and techniques.

· Familiarity with degradation mechanisms and strategies for improving device stability.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
