Responsibilities

• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structure
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S/M&E) is a must.
• At least 1 year experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project
• Location of the project: Data center at Jurong (RTO C&S Cum Archi) /Paya Lebar (RTO C&S cum Archi)/Changi East (RTO Archi)/SGH (RTO Archi/M&E)
