We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion. • Lead the team in executing electrical work during the construction phase, including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, and testing/commissioning for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, etc.
• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Manage a team comprising supervisors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Responsible for electrical interfaces with the operational team, conducting meetings, and providing technical clarifications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot electrical switchgear faults or failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze and enhance equipment reliability to prevent recurrence, collaborating with operation groups and external contractors.
• Prepare documentation for maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and utilizing appropriate Method Statements and Risk Assessments, meeting BCA requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems, equipment, and rooms align with internal customers' needs.
• Review inspection and testing plans for electrical and instrument system installations through relevant checklists.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth completion of projects.

• Programming, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical Systems (22KV Switch gears & transformers, protection relays, and hipot)
  Prepare and maintain all required commissioning documentation which includes client submission.
• Supervision and Monitoring of defined test procedures start-up sequences, reliability test runs, and performance tests.
• Monitoring of functional and operational tests of various equipment to prepare the equipment for the first start-up.
• Manage and supervise a team of experienced commissioning technicians to execute Live equipment testing in a highly professional and safe manner
  Ensure QAQC integration within commissioning processes and procedures.
• Witness and provide contractor resources to support FAT as required.
  Preparation of inspection reports, certificates, progress reports, and site correspondence.
• Liaise closely with the client QAQC/Testing teams.
• Generating MSCR's (Maintenance System Change Request) at the project handover stage.
• Ensure that commissioning acceptance criteria is aligned with design specification and client requirements.
• Any other duties required by the Commissioning Manager.

• Conduct onsite inspections and troubleshooting at client premises.
• Provide hands-on preventive maintenance, repair, and equipment installation.
• Adhere to company field processes and protocols.
• Carry out mechanical/electrical device system upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers on project management, equipment installation, and maintenance services.
