· Strong project management skill. Ability to manage multiple projects, plan against timeline and meet deadline, and forecast, budget and monitor project costs

· Previous working experience in ship building Projects will be an advantage.

. Shipyard, shipbuilding/shiprepair experience is a MUST for this position

. Team player with leadership qualities

. Able to plan, coordinate and monitor ship building and repair actiivites

. Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

. Professionally sound and to be able to trouble shoot mechanical / hydraulic defects at Riding crew at Sea / Anchorage.

. Able to work Extended working hours and week ends too

. MOM relevant certificates required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, leading and supervision of production team to ensure that works are carried out in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
• Discussion, advising and coordination of works with all relevant parties
• Preparation of reports as required
• Observe and maintain safety rules and regulations
