• Know-how in one or more of these areas GD&T, NDT, welding, steel fabrication, material casting, and machining technology will be preferred.

• Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements & different marine classification societies' standards and requirements will be an added good knowledge of QMS and ability to implement, conduct checks and audit and upkeeping of documents etc.

• Project Management Skills

• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, meticulous and independent. Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.

• Ability to think critically and resolve problems/issues. Positive attitude, proactive and self-initiated.
