PDPO(Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable and industry leading way. This team is the expert in the landscape of privacy risks and passionate about consulting across the company on implementing the proper safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ privacy is honored across the TikTok's products and platforms.

We are seeking a Privacy Technical Program Manager to join our Remediation Operations Team, to be based in Singapore with a focus on standing up and operating a program to drive remediation of outstanding privacy and data protection risks. You will play a critical role in upholding the privacy rights of our users, ensuring the protection of their personal information, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and promoting the adoption of best practices. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years in compliance, auditing, consulting, technical program management or industry equivalent work experience.

- 1+ years of experience in privacy or security compliance with a proven track record of driving programs and initiatives.

- Familiarity with core privacy concepts such as data minimization, purpose limitation, data sovereignty, transparency, and data retention. Experience with privacy by design principles and engineering in a privacy or related program.

- Knowledge of global privacy regulations and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in privacy and data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, OSCP) are a plus.

- Strategic problem solver with excellent legal and business judgment including demonstrated experience assessing information for risk mitigation opportunities.

The Techno-Functional Support Specialist will be a member of the IT BAU team, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
