Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MariaDB.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Working experience with testing tools like JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Mockito, etc
• Build cloud solutions with the best industrial practices - elastically scalable, proper fault tolerance, highly reliable, highly secured, and easily managed architecture

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.
• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Commercial Building.
• Strong knowledge in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities and requirements:
