Job Responsibilities:

• Checking on Rio Panel (panel design, internal wiring, panel cable entry, surge arrestor, signal isolator, signal barrier, PLC, Rio panel schedule)
• P&ID understanding in cable installation, instrument location/routine, cable schedule, cable termination drawings and calculation
• Work out panel design (with Fibre optic interface panel (Fibre optic panel), Field fibre optic termination panel (Fibre optic panel) and General arrangement (panel design), UPS Distribution Box, Junction box)
• Present and to design the cable routine
• Present and to design the ICA Cabling – instrumentation cable & Communication cable
• Present and to design the UPS cabling from main UPSDB and Field UPSDB
• Perform the process function of Plant Automation Network (PAN) and Plant Subring Network (PAN Subring) Centrifuge
• Perform the non-process function of Power Monitoring System (PMS) Network and FFOTP Network.
• Perform Electrical Signal list Hardwire signal list, Power Monitoring System (PMS) drawings, Local Control Station (LCS)
• Perform Site work for Cable tray sizing, Cable duct issues – GWRF area, Cable Support System Beneath Raised Floor
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Understand for MCC, MDB, LVSG, HVSG, Transformer
• Basic knowledge on Bentley Software – 3D modelling
• Motivated, team oriented, communicative and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work at Tuas area (Transportation provided at specific location)
• 5.5 days work

Job Scope:

The person will oversee the site work scope including supporting Mechanical and electrical, ensuring compliance with building regulations and specifications; and managing other resources.

The person will be working with site personnel, and site activities and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business but not limited to the below:

· Project management, site meetings, and coordination with any QA/QC mechanical or electrical works

· Technical study and identify variation works.

· Able to schedule, supervise, and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract, and QA/QC specifications.

· Experience in study drawings, and preparing work permits/documentation.

Job Requirements:

· Good knowledge of various types of M&E systems with piping and cables used in factories, especially in Semiconductor factories.

JOB DUTIES

• Define overall frontend architecture for yet to be announced web-based enterprise applications based on product requirements.
• Responsible for leading the team to build a functional and appealing web- and mobile-based enterprise applications optimised in terms of loading performance, mobile responsiveness and enhanced user experience.
• Brainstorm with the team to recommend the best frontend architecture, methodology, languages used, design robust, coding structure, deployment protocols and debugging for new software products.
• Participate in the project discussion of technical implementation, implementation of unit test, codes review and frontend architecture optimization.
• Collaborate with the Product, Creative and Backend Engineering Team to develop and implement the frontend architecture and interactive site features to support user interface concepts.
• Collaborate with the QA team to define testing strategies, automate tests where possible, and ensure the overall quality of the frontend codebase.
• Develop, test, deploy and enhance reactive/responsive web applications running on modern browsers and operating systems.
• Ensure all software products under supervision are adhering to the highest engineering standards which includes code maintainability, quality, monitoring, operational excellence, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure merged code adheres to best practices and standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members under care to groom them in terms of technical skillsets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 8 years of related work experience as the core member of the frontend development team in developing functional and appealing web- and mobile-based enterprise applications optimised in terms of loading performance, mobile responsiveness and enhanced user experience, preferably in fast-paced IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns particularly in frontend engineering of reactive/responsive web applications.
• Have extensive experience working with modern and reactive/responsive web development capabilities such as React.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, Next.js, and Typescript.
• Familiar with functional programming paradigms (eg. react hooks, rambda.js) and Graphql.
• Strong fluency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/HTML5/CSS, GIT and can implement and ingest designs elements from tools like Figma and Zeplin.
• Experience developing delivering scalable, maintainable, extensible, web-based enterprise grade applications.
• Familiar with web compatibility issues on common browsers (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, QQ, Sogou, UC), able to effectively solve browser compatibility and performance issues.
• Experience practitioner in agile frameworks, scrum methods or extreme programming.
• Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an appropriate field
• Having 6 - 8 years of relevant experience with design experience desired
• Experience with design and construction preferably in industrial buildings.
• Technically competent across the full range of Mechanical Systems.
• Experience in Industrial projects such as microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors is an added advantage.
• Building servicing system – plumbing and sanitary, fire protection (sprinkler, hose reel, hydrant), ACMV, HVAC systems.
