ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
• Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
• Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
