Job Description

• Handle customer enquiry & suggesting solution based on customer’s requirement
• To build and maintain good rapport/relationship with existing customers
• Filter potential customer
• Understand AC/BL/ST/ACT product knowledge
• Provide Technical seminar for local & overseas customers
• Handle customer’s technical enquiries, field service & setup support
• Understand AZ network product together with PLC (if possible)
• Provide network setup support to customers

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good communication skill, warm hospitality, work attitude
• Able to accept new challenges
• Willing to learn new technical contents
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work independently

Education requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Electrical Engineering (EEE) or any related Engineering course of study
• Simple trouble shooting skills

• Assist in the overall management and technical operations of the marine fleet
• Attending to vessels docking, repairs of the marine high speed engine and class surveys when required and supervise the contractors' maintenance works
• Handle the daily operation of the port limit bunker barges
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth implementation and compliance of the safety
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
